Manager, Mental Health and Assisted Living Programs

QUALIFICATIONS

·      Must have a minimum of seven years supervisory experience, preferably in a non-profit setting focused on provision of health and housing services to persons with mental illness.

·      Must have a graduate degree in a human services field, such as health/human services/administration.

·      Must hava a valid BC driver’s license and access to personal vehicle for business related purposes.

·      Must have experience with assisted living, licensed and/or accredited programs.

·      Experience managing in a unionized setting is an asset

·      Experience working in mental health housing and community supports

·      Standard First Aid & CPR.

·      Provincial Violence Prevention Program

·      Naloxone Training.

·      Trauma Informed Practice.

·      Will need to complete recovery Centred Clinical Systems training.
