***Please note that this position is onsite and therefore requires the ability to commute to the Joe Arrington Cancer Research and Treatment Center (JACC) in Lubbock, TX.***



Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management for designated clinical area(s). Works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care across the continuum. Minimal supervision required. Oversees the daily activities of the Medical Oncology and Physician Offices Staff departments to facilitate a smooth workflow and effective communications among staff members. Documents employee corrective action as necessary according to the Covenant Corrective Action Policy. Oversees all nursing activities in the Joe Arrington Cancer Center, collaborating with other department managers who have nurses in their department.
