**Description:** You will be the Manager of Configuration Management - Level 5 for the ADP Configuration Management team.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manager of Configuration Management - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing configuration management organization within the Advanced Development Program, guiding both leadership and technical execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a 20+ member configuration management team.
- Balancing leadership and technical tasks, maintaining roughly a 50/50 split between leadership and individual contributor tasks
- Defining, implementing, and ensuring compliance with CM processes.
- Overseeing staffing, performance management, training, and career planning.
- Managing project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
