The Manager of Employment and Labour Relations leads a dynamic team of human resource professionals and oversees labour relations, talent acquisition, immigration matters, and job evaluation. The role ensures high‑performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce through strategic advice to leaders and administration of non‑faculty collective agreements.
