The Corporate Finance group is seeking an enthusiastic problem solver to support an increasingly dynamic Fortune 500 company. We are seeking a Manager of Financial Accounting who is looking to further develop his or her career in a growing global company. The position is designed for an individual who can independently own complex analyses, drive conclusions, identify process inefficiencies, and communicate recommendations with minimal oversight. Primary responsibilities include technical accounting and financial analysis, particularly for special transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, integration, transformation, and process improvements), as well as researching and documenting technical accounting matters and supporting month-end close review and analysis.
