What You’ll Do

Leadership & Quality Control

• Oversee and support a team of LTC IPAC consultants to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Monitor quality assurance across audits, policies, and compliance programs.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance on IPAC and H&S standards.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary contact for key LTC clients, ensuring satisfaction and proactive problem‑solving.
