In this Manager role, you will spearhead the Oracle Cloud Benefits and Absence modules’ implementation, enhancing workforce management strategies for clients. Your responsibilities include collaborating with various business stakeholders to create solutions that translate complex absence policies into streamlined systems. You will also facilitate design workshops and lead teams through successful testing and deployment phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct end-to-end delivery for Oracle Benefits and Absence modules
• Translate absence policies into systematic solutions
• Ensure compliance with HR and payroll integrations
• Document design processes and resolve functional issues
• Provide mentorship to project contributors
