Job Description : Permanent Full‑Time Manager of Utilities. This position reports to the Director of Infrastructure Services and is responsible for the daily management of municipal infrastructure and operational programs covering all utility functions, including water treatment and distribution, and wastewater treatment and collection. The manager coordinates work to ensure efficient use of departmental budgets, equipment, materials, and resources while providing input into capital and operating budgets. The position is a 40‑hour per week role located at the Town of Whitecourt Public Works Building.
