At BAE Systems Space & Mission System s (SMS) Westminster Colorado locations, we develop and produce state-of-the-art RF and sensor technologies that are integrated into tactical solutions and platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. Leading the Production Planning function while collaborating with a cross-functional team, this role will require collaborative and in-person work to be effective.

The Production Planning Manager is responsible for managing a team that supports all production planning activities across a portfolio, as well as facilitating technical support for designated programs. This includes guiding team members to resolve problems and escalating critical issues in a manner that allows for effective resolutions.
