The Manager Optical System Design is responsible for the end‑to‑end planning and design of the optical transport network, covering OTN, IPRAN, FTTS, and passive optical fiber infrastructure. The role includes high‑level and low‑level design, solution validation, vendor coordination, documentation, and ongoing network optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deploy optical transport systems across new and existing networks.
• Evaluate and validate vendor‑proposed technical solutions to ensure alignment with network standards.
• Conduct high‑level design (HLD), low‑level design (LLD), link budget analysis, and signal protection planning.
• Develop strategies for seamless integration of new optical platforms into the existing network.
