About The Role

CBRE UK is expanding its Organisation Design Consulting capability and is seeking a Director/Manager-level consultant to lead the delivery of organisation design and operating model engagements across the real estate and built environment sector. The successful individual will play a key role in the delivery and growth of our organisation design practice, with a particular focus on clients in the real estate and built environment sector. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who enjoys translating strategy into practical organisation design solutions, leading complex client engagements, and developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
