Manager, Paralegal

JOB PURPOSE:

• The Paralegal Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Paralegal Team supporting telecom infrastructure operations. The role oversees due diligence activities, lease agreement administration, legal documentation management, EASI processes, and legal deviation workflows while ensuring compliance with regulatory, permitting, Real Property Tax (RPT), and Local Government Unit (LGU) requirements.
• The position acts as the primary coordinator between Legal, Site Acquisition, Finance, Operations and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of site-related legal and regulatory requirements.
