**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**
Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing specific services in all areas of responsibility. Responsible for ensuring hospital and off-site laboratories maintain compliance with all regulatory and accrediting agencies. Responsible for fiscal management, performance improvement activities, and compliance with all relevant policies/procedures and regulations. Manage all aspects of personnel processes and daily operations for all areas of responsibility assuring the output of quality laboratory information in a timely manner. Provides input into goal and policy development, budget planning and future growth opportunities as appropriate....
