Lead and enable a high‑performing People Services team delivering consistent, high‑quality support across the business. Work in close partnership with Strategic Business Partners to deliver aligned, end‑to‑end people solutions. Build trusted relationships with leaders, supporting the delivery of people priorities and resolving complex matters. Drive continuous improvement across people services, lifting capability, consistency, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and govern the design, implementation and ongoing interpretation of people policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and collective agreements.
- Report to the Chief People and Assurance Officer and partner with senior executives and strategic business partners to provide trusted, senior‑level advice in all aspects of the role, including industrial and employment relations, change consultations and day‑to‑day activities.
