About the Role

This position is a critical part of the Growth Marketing team dedicated to Swiggy's food delivery platform. As the business scales and expands in existing and new markets in India, this role will focus on driving user growth, retention, and scaling revenue through innovative and measurable strategies.

You’ll be at the forefront of building a best-in-class growth engine, driving its adoption, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring it becomes a growth leader in the category.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Growth Strategy : Own the end-to-end growth funnel for Food, from driving new user acquisition to increasing order frequency and cross-category adoption.
• In-App Cross-Pollination : Leverage Swiggy’s existing ecosystem to develop innovative strategies to encourage multi-vertical usage and customer retention.
