Opportunity Description
1. Taking care of equipment maintenance and operations
2. Manpower and machine allocation for site execution
3.Sparepart management for maintenance
4.Equipment receipt, unloading, loading, assembly, dismantling, erection, installation and commissioning such as Cranes, tower cranes, batching plant, concrete pumps, boom placers and earth moving equipments
5.Periodic inspections of equipment
6.Construction power distribution and maintenance
7.Comprehensive understanding of EHS compliances related to equipment operations and maintenance.
8.In depth knowledge of Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reactive maintenance, trouble shooting
9.MIS reporting and analysis
10.Capability to train and monitor the O&M crew
11.Familirization with construction industry processes and practices
12.Proficiency in planning and developing the P&M set up at project sites
