Manager Post Production Material Management

Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end tender process including advertisements, approvals, bid submission, and coordination with Procurement.
Conduct tender opening ceremonials and ensure transparent documentation of bidding activities.
Prepare vehicle plans and coordinate with buyers for scheduling, planning, and advance payment.
Manage buyer visit approvals, gate entries, and on-site visit coordination as per process.
Process buyer payments, maintain records, and coordinate with Finance for reconciliation.
Maintain bid, payment, and operational data in Excel/ERP with accurate updates and reporting.
Identify new buyers and conduct meetings with buyers, waste stores, and management for business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply chain or a relevant field.
10-12 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical skills.
