Regional Process Analysis & Transformation Support
Support regional process improvement and transformation initiatives aligned with IB and enterprise strategy.Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of current‑state processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.Translate approved regional transformation problem statements and future‑state objectives into detailed process designs and requirements. Support the definition and documentation of regional TO BE processes, ensuring:
