Build and manage internal relationships with key stakeholders within the Bank to resolve complex issues and deliver high performance cost, service and quality outcomes.Build organisational capabilities through evaluating likely future requirements and ensuring that individuals are provided with the best possible development opportunities.Design and establish performance standards and evaluation processes to assess and report on vendor management activity in terms of progress, results, customer satisfaction, value and cost.Develop and maintain open communication with direct reports and the broader procurement fraternity to foster greater co-operation and teamwork.
