In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate cheesemaking expertise and ingredient knowledge into high impact application support, new products and technical solutions

+ Act as the global technical expert for Continental (semi-hard) cheese types, providing deep application knowledge on processes, cultures, coagulants, and ingredient functionality.
