Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Conduct market studies, Customer clinics, customer interaction programs, field visits, dipstick exercises, surveys, and voice-of-customer initiatives.
Facilitate primary and secondary market research for targeted segments, applications, and customer groups with External agencies.
Study customer needs, usage behavior, purchase drivers, ownership expectations, and pain points across relevant products and segments. Support Product Planning leads in evaluating future product concepts, variants, and technology initiatives from a technical and strategic perspective.
Conduct detailed competitive benchmarking covering product specifications, dimensions, performance parameters, features, powertrain options, and positioning.
Assess technical feasibility of proposed product improvements and new product ideas in coordination with engineering and related cross-functional teams.
