**Role Overview**

The Manager, Production Innovation Lab leads day-to-day execution, programming, and operations of Disney Entertainment Television’s Production Innovation Lab, supporting adoption of production platforms and AI-enabled creative workflows that power premium episodic storytelling. Partnering closely with creative, production, and technology teams, this role delivers structured Lab programs, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences that make emerging tools and workflows accessible and relevant to production audiences.
