Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible to lead the claim and payment of contracts for all airports development projects under the Capital Expenditure budget managed by Project Management Office.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Lead the evaluation of contractor's progress claim
- Prepare certificate of payment and complete the process accordingly
- Evaluation of contractor's claim for variation, prepare certificate of VO upon approval of respective approval bodies and complete the process accordingly
- Preparation and complete the process of Final Account for project closure
- Evaluation of consultant's professional fee claim, prepare its Certificate of Payment and complete the process accordingly
- To update, monitor and record financial status of project
