The Challenges
Manage the QHSE team to achieve control, monitoring and implementation of QHSE and contract governance align with company policies and procedures.Develop, maintain and improve the business Integrated Management System to underpin QHSE and operating standards.Support the training and development of all staff to ensure awareness and understanding of QHSE Standards and the relevance to business objectives.Implement the Crisis Management Plan and Business Continuity Plans across Singapore and Malaysia; and provide accident and incident reporting and assist with subsequent investigation process when required.Responsible for Companys QHSE processes and procedures to ensure the Company maintains its accreditations etc.
