Manager - Recruitment Excellence & Experience, Resourcing & Scholarships CoE

Role Overview: The Manager, Recruitment Excellence & Experience leads NUHS cluster-wide recruitment transformation by shaping and delivering a future-ready recruitment strategy across NUHS institutions. This role drives end-to-end recruitment operations excellence through process optimisation, digital and AI enablement, and recruitment policy governance, in partnership with HR stakeholders and the HR Tech team. The incumbent collaborates closely with NUHS institutions and MOHH to strengthen hiring outcomes, build critical talent pipelines, elevate candidate and onboarding experience, and embed sustainable change across the cluster.
