Manage client accounts and build strong, long-term working relationships Lead and support a small recruitment team - setting direction, providing guidance, and stepping in when needed Oversee high volume recruitment Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and handle any issues that come up along the way Track hiring progress and keep stakeholders updated Support training and development of team members What we're looking for
