About the Role The Manager, Retail leads the operational execution and performance of Comfrt's Retail Distribution Center, ensuring every store receives the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time, with full inventory accuracy.

This role owns the coordination of inventory shipments into and out of the Retail DC, replenishment and allocation flow to stores, and the day to day 3PL partnership that supports our retail warehouse operations.

By driving accuracy, on-time store deliveries, and disciplined 3PL performance, this role directly impacts store sell through, in stock rates, margin, and the consistency of the Comfrt retail experience.
