Manager, RTGS & Bulk Payments

Supervise daily RTGS Transfer, Term Deposits, Bulk Payments/Transactions; conduct checker-maker reviews; manage work allocation across function; prepare daily/weekly MIS; coordinate cut-off management with Treasury; maintain SOPs; identify processing error root causes; support UAT for system upgrades; conduct team performance reviews and on-the-job coaching.

Role Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in Accounting & Finance

Experience: 5–7 years in payments processing within a bank; minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
