Manager Sales — Solar Solar / Renewable Energy

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our solar energy sales operations. This is a senior individual contributor and team leadership role requiring a strong command of B2B solar sales , client acquisition, and revenue pipeline management. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, technically conversant with solar solutions, and capable of closing high-value deals independently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sales of solar energy solutions — from prospecting and site assessment coordination to proposal, negotiation, and closure
Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline across residential, commercial, and/or industrial segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners
Identify new market opportunities and drive territory growth
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale
