Manager - Scholarships & Financial Aid (UAE National)

Our client is looking to appoint a highly qualified and experienced Manager Scholarship and Financial Aid to oversee the endtoend operations of financial assistance and scholarship programs ensuring regulatory compliance operational efficiency and exceptional support to students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the daily functions of the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office ensuring all services run efficiently and are aligned with institutional goals.

Design implement and assess policies and strategies related to scholarships financial aid offerings grants and tuition discounts.

Supervise the processing and reconciliation of student sponsorships financial aid disbursements and debt recovery.
