The Role The incumbent will oversee the full spectrum of financial management and governance for our F&B operations. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring strong internal controls and providing strategic insights to support business growth, cost optimisation and accountability.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities for food and beverage operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, and cash handing. Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies with accuracy and efficiency. Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements and balance sheet schedules. Review and analyze the accounts receivable aging report, implementing proactive strategies to accelerate collections. Ensure robust financial governance and maintain strong internal controls across all F&B financial processes.
