Responsibilities To plan and check combined services drawings, identify variation works and submit detailed cost implication to QS Manager. Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance withthe contract drawings and specications. Prepare and conduct M&E meeting Identify drawing discrepancies andconstantly track construction progress & schedule Onsite supervision & coordination with sub-contractors, main contractor and consultants. Manpower, equipment and resource allocations Prepare method statement, site inspection and quality checks Requirements Preferably with Plumber License is necessary for this postion.
