Manager/ Senior Manager - Quality

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Define and implement the quality vision, strategy, and objectives aligned with business goals
+ Lead cross-functional quality initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chain
+ Oversee and improve QMS and ensure compliant with relevant certifications and audits
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH, CE, UL), customer-specific requirements and ensure customer feedback handling
+ Maintain and improve QMS documentation, procedures, and controls
+ Monitor and improve product quality metrics (e.g., FPY, PPM, COPQ)
+ Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external issues
+ Drive supplier quality development and incoming inspection protocols
+ Manage and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teams
