Manager / Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Development APAC

Purpose Statement This role will play a central role in shaping Boston Scientific's growth agenda across one of the company's most dynamic regions. Reporting into the VP of Strategy & Business Development APAC, this role partners closely with Country General Managers, Business Unit Leaders, and Global Functions to drive strategic initiatives, evaluate inorganic growth opportunities, and translate corporate priorities into actionable regional plans across China, Japan, India, Southeast Asia, ANZ, and Korea. This is a high-visibility role, suited to a candidate who combines structured strategic thinking with the ability to operate in ambiguity across diverse markets and business units (Cardiology, Peripheral Interventions, Endoscopy, Urology & Pelvic Health, and Electrophysiology).
