Opportunity Description
Job Title: Shift Manager (rotating days/nights 12hrs per shift)
Department: Process
Direct Report(s): Process Supervisor, Packaging Supervisor, QA Inspector
Reports to: Production Manager, Operations Support Manager (intermittent)
Overall Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to manage the production process through effective management of people working on their shift, and to ensure quality, production and safety key performance indicators are achieved.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Ensure own work is compliant with relevant health and safety, environmental and human resources policies, procedures, objectives and regulations
- BBS (Behavioural Based Safety) – responsible for your own safety and for those around you
