Job Description We are seeking a capable and motivated Manager to oversee the overall operations of our serviced apartment business and ensure high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of serviced apartment properties. Oversee guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative functions. Monitor occupancy, revenue, operational costs, and overall business performance. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Lead, supervise, and train operational staff to achieve service excellence. Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
