Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception
- Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation
- Provides weekly work schedules
- Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures and systems, makes recommendations as necessary
- Responsible for staffing, staff development, and training
- Resolves customer complaints that have been escalated
- Managing, coaching and motivating team of sales staff and therapist
- Maintain updates on promotion, benefits and offer to customers
- Support the sales team and ensure that they can meet team's performance KPI
- Handle customers' enquiries and provide professional consultation
