Position Overview
Moon Chay is seeking a passionate and innovative
Manager, Research & Development (R&D)
to lead the development of new vegan products, improve existing menu offerings, and support the growth of our brand. This role is responsible for creating high-quality, healthy, and authentic Vietnamese vegan cuisine that meets customer expectations and market trends. Key Responsibilities
1. Product Research & Development
Research market trends in vegan, plant-based, healthy, and functional foods in Singapore and internationally. Develop new food and beverage products, seasonal menus, and signature dishes for Moon Chay. Continuously improve existing recipes to enhance taste, presentation, nutritional value, and consistency. Explore and test new plant-based ingredients and cooking techniques. 2. Recipe Standardization & Documentation
