Amazon Ads Brand Innovation Lab is seeking an experienced Manager of Solutions Managers with a love of learning and experimentation to operate and evolve inventive ad solutions for a fast-growing team working with Amazon's largest advertising clients.

Key job responsibilities
As the Manager of Solutions Management, you will be leading a team of Senior Solutions Managers to pitch and execute advertising campaigns for a wide range of globally recognized brands across CPG, Tech, Fashion, Sports and Luxury verticals. You will coach your team on program and project management skills and support them through escalations and pioneering programs. You'll work closely with your creative and technical peers, as well as with many internal teams across Amazon (i.e. Alexa, Twitch, IMDb, Prime Video, Devices).
