Key Responsibilities

• Manages a team of individual contributors and/or supervisors, accountable for effective performance management.
• Manages operational aspects of the team (workflow, performance, compliance) and ensures achievement of team goals within established timelines.
• Delivers against defined service levels, partnering with Category Procurement teams, Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, and other relevant functions to align sourcing and contracts with strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory needs.
