Manager, SPA

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing and managing all daily operations of Spa. With an emphasis on guest services, cleanliness, safety, fiscal responsibility (i.e. manning, payroll, revenue generation), guiding and mentoring team member is of the utmost importance. Additionally, working with the team member to make Spa work to support the hotel goals. Will work directly with team member and other hotel departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Works with relevant leader to establish and achieve revenue and profit targets.
Responsible for tracking and monitoring monthly financials results.
Responsible for developing marketing program for the Spa and continually monitoring and changing where necessary.
Responsible for training and developing support team members.
Exhibit a professional demeanor setting an example for all spa team members.
