The Opportunity

This role is an opportunity to shape and scale the Product operating model at ASOS, with a clear focus on improving how work gets done across Product teams (which includes Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing) through process optimisation, operational structuring and workflow redesign.

Sitting within the Product Strategy & Operations team, the role will partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Technology and Operations to identify inefficiencies, simplify ways of working and drive measurable improvements in speed, productivity and decision-making across the product lifecycle.

This role will focus on driving operational excellence within Product through a combination of process redesign, workflow optimisation and the practical application of automation and agentic AI solutions.
