Manager/ Sr. Manager- Land Acquisition

Job Summary Responsible for management of all Land Acquisition (LA) and Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R) issues of existing projects as well as for development of green field mines/ mineral industry. Key Roles & Responsibilities Prepare land schedule for different category of required/ acquired land (Govt./ Forest/ Revenue & Private land with land use/ inhabitant) in consultation with Local/ State Departments. Action plan for acquisition of each category separately, studies and reports required for submission to local authorities for initiation of activities and public consultation have to be prepared and executed accordingly. Preparation of Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R) plans and compensation packages in consultation with project-affected families, local communities and authorities for approval.
