Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and administration of learning programmes at the Social Service Institute (SSI). Drive excellence in continuing education and training for the social service sector, ensuring high-quality, impactful learning experiences that meet sector needs and organisational objectives.[What you will be working on]
1. Programme Planning and Management:
-Develop and oversee comprehensive learning programmes aligned with sector needs and SSI's strategic goals.
-Optimise resource utilisation, including premises and budget, to ensure cost-effectiveness and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Lead end-to-end course administration, from pre-course planning to post-course evaluation.
-Regularly review and enhance training administrative processes
