Insight Global's top retail client is seeking a Sr. Manager, Store Social Operations. As Sr. Manager, Store Social Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting and driving progress for the client's Store Social program. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the program's operations, brand safety (including crisis and governance), associate social reporting, and strategy optimization. You will also be working as a project manager for the Store Social program's evolution. Your work will enable the team to tell the powerful story of this social media program, empowering store associates to create and share brand-safe social media content that humanizes the company, builds affinity at the local level, and drives growth for our business.
