Opportunity Description
UPMC Health Plan and WorkPartners are hiring a full-time Manager, Strategic Account Services to join the Absence Client Services team. This role follows a hybrid schedule with three in‑office days per week at the U.S. Steel Tower-Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday-and includes both local and nationwide travel to client locations. This position is eligible for commission.
The Manager is responsible for the portfolio of its client relationships and managing the account management team, establishing goals, expectations, and processes for execution. The Manager will profitably manage a growing client list and identify and cultivate new business opportunities with both existing and new clients.
