+ Primary responsibilities
+ Assist with Mergers & Acquisitions pipeline development, target evaluation, and deal execution
+ Translates complex data into executive and board-level dashboards
+ Can take minimum guidance, seek out information, and put together a decision supporting presentation

+ Critical skills
+ MBA highly preferred
+ Comfort with framing and addressing ambiguous challenges
+ Skill in clearly and simply communicating complex ideas, especially via presentations
+ Ability to manage a meeting with multiple functional areas and senior executives
+ Quantitative / qualitative analysis and strategic problem solving
+ Critical Thinker
+ Extensive experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
