Manager, Strategic Commercialisation

Job Purpose
The role mainly supports the Head of Department in pursuing land divestment and strategic
commercialization opportunities. The role includes supporting the Head of Department in sourcing
and evaluating prospects and offers for lands identified for commercialization, and subsequently
overseeing the transaction which involves multiple internal and external stakeholders. The role also
requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, excellent written skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Job Accountabilities
Assist the Head of Department in ensuring organisational and departmental goals (including revenue, OPEX and profitability targets) are set and met.
Evaluate land divestment proposals, prepare the necessary studies and papers and support the Head of Department to make the necessary recommendation to the EXCO, Board Development Committee and Board of Directors.
