**Job Summary**
This role is part of the Cordis Leadership Development Program, the “Spark Program.” The Manager, Strategic Initiatives will lead and support enterprise-level strategic projects, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive execution of Cordis’ most critical strategic and operational priorities. This role is designed for high-performing individuals with a strong foundation in strategy and program execution who are ready to take on increasing ownership and leadership responsibility.

The Spark Program is designed to accelerate leadership development through 2–3 rotations over a 2–3-year period across functional, regional, and enterprise areas. At the end of the program we would expect graduates to take a functional or regional role within the business.
