Role Overview
At Recykal, strategy is not a support function — it is a growth engine. As a Manager - Strategy, you will work alongside business leaders to shape high-impact decisions that influence growth, profitability, and long-term market positioning. You will be embedded within a business unit cluster, operating as a strategic partner who transforms ambiguity into action.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. BU Strategy & Annual Planning
Own annual strategic planning for the assigned business unit cluster; conduct market sizing, competitive landscaping, and opportunity assessments.
Translate strategic plans into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones, resource requirements, and success metrics.
Work closely with BU heads to identify strategic priorities and define the direction for the year ahead.
Monitor strategy execution, track KPIs, and provide early-warning signals when course-correction is needed.
